This elite training program is designed for U13-U15 players looking to refine their game with position-specific training. Each day focuses on a key role including attackers, midfielders, defenders & goalkeepers, using small-space exercises tailored for our 150 sqm turf area. Players will engage in technical drills, strength & conditioning, tactical video analysis, small-sided games and VR training to improve their football intelligence and execution.

• Studying attacking runs, body positioning, and composure in front of goal

• Focusing on shooting techniques

THURSDAY 17TH JULY GOALKEEPER SESSION with JOHN HALL

• Meet & greet, overview of the day, goalkeeper mindset focus

9:00AM – 10:00AM | Technical Ball Work (Turf Session)

• Handling drills in tight spaces (catch, parry, smother)

• Quick footwork and positioning adjustment exercises

• Reaction saves from 5–10m (low, mid, and high)

• First-touch passing and distribution under pressure

10:00AM – 10:30AM | Morning Tea Break

10:30AM – 11:15AM | Strength & Conditioning

• Explosive power and agility drills (lateral bounds, get-up sprints)

• Ladder footwork + short dive combinations

• Resistance band shoulder mobility and hip stability

• Core and balance training (planks, single-leg holds, med ball throws)

11:15AM – 11:45AM | Video Analysis: Elite Goalkeepers

• Studying world-class positioning and reaction saves

• Focus on body shape, decision-making in 1v1s and close-range shots

• Discussion on communication and leadership from the back

11:45AM – 12:30PM | 1v1 & Reaction Save Games

• Small-space 1v1 duels (attacker vs keeper in 5x5m grid)

• Close-range deflection saves and unpredictable bounce shots

• Reaction ball save challenges and foot saves under pressure

12:30PM – 1:00PM | Lunch & Pick Up
