Technical Training
Focus: Ball control, dribbling, short passing, shooting, and movement in tight spaces
Testing: Dribbling course, passing accuracy, close-range finishing
Junior players build fundamentals through fun, engaging activities
Youth players develop control and decision-making under pressure
Elite players train at match intensity with limited time and space
Speed Training
Focus: Acceleration, sprint mechanics, reaction time, multi-directional speed
Testing: 10m, 20m, and 30m sprints
Junior p[layers learn first-step quickness and basic mechanics
Youth players develop acceleration and sprint efficiency
Elite players focus on max velocity, position-specific speed, and match demands.
Power Training
Focus: Explosive strength, jumping ability, sprint power
Testing: Broad jump, vertical jump, medicine ball throw

Our 6 week programs are designed for Junior (U6-U12), Youth (U13-U17, and Elite (U18-U23) players, focusing on Technical, Speed, Power, and Agility. Each tailored training block includes progressive drills, position-specific development, and testing in Week 6 to track improvement. Junior players build fundamental skills through fun, engaging exercises, while Youth and Elite players progress to high-intensity, game-realistic training. Sessions are delivered by expert strength & conditioning coaches in a 150 sqm grass area and 50 sqm gym, helping players develop explosiveness, quick decision-making, technical mastery, and football-specific athleticism to elevate their game. ⚽🔥
